My name is Jenean Neely. My friends call me "dolly." My grandpa gave me this nickname and it stuck after being on the TV series Survivor season 9 as "Dolly the sheep farmer". I became a beekeeper five years ago and have apprenticed with renowned master beekeeper Jeff Berta. I am an animal lover and besides my numerous colonies of bees I raise tropical parrots including varieties from macaws and conures to lovebirds. I love working outdoors and helping our bee populations here in Western PA. I offer beginner beekeeping classes and I love encouraging others to venture into this exciting and rewarding field!
